Returns

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received was incorrect or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (for prepaid orders) or in the case of Cash on Delivery, through direct bank transfer. We may contact you to confirm your refund details.
